friendly staff and decent rooms, but poorly organized management needs fixing

My family and I found the room spacious, which was great for relaxing, and the kitchen made meal prep easy. The whole experience felt like living in a home.

Had a great time with friends! We enjoyed the pool and visited the Zero Gravity Thrill Rides Amusement Park. The staff was super friendly and made our stay even better. Clean rooms and a nice atmosphere. Highly recommended for a fun getaway.

The only downside was that the coffee in the common area was sometimes lukewarm, which could use some improvement.

I had a fantastic three-week stay where the team was accommodating and supportive during unexpected challenges. The hotel was conveniently located and the staff genuinely cared to make my experience positive. However, the breakfast options could use some variety beyond just coffee and granola bars.

Family with kids avoid it if you can

Honestly. location was all that saved this place from total disaster. The staff tried, but didn’t seem to have a clue what they were doing, like they were in a different universe or something.

It wasn’t a bargain, I can tell you that much. but it was just bearable.

It was a good match for a city trip in Plano at a decent price. The staff did their best to help when we needed extra towels. Just make sure to double-check your reservation details before arriving.

The seasonal outdoor pool was a fantastic spot for our family to unwind after a busy day. Both cleaning and front desk staff were very welcoming and always ready to help with any questions we had. Thanks to Sarah and Karen for their exceptional service.

My kids wished the hotel had a kid-friendly play area. It would have made our stay even better.

This place suits me perfectly! I enjoy the free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and the seasonal outdoor pool. The staff helped me with my bags on my first stay, which I appreciated. A tip, don’t miss the laundry facilities for convenience! I'm returning for a romantic escape.

Grabbed a killer iced coffee from Einstein Bros. Bagels nearby and loved the vibe at Dough Pizzeria Napoletana! The location rocks, being close to tasty spots. The staff were friendly and the rooms were tidy.

The bathroom had this weird dripping sound all night, and while it looked clean at first glance, we found some roaches creeping around. Woke up early and totally missed breakfast, which was a bummer!
